Arbia Smiti is an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Expon Capital.
Arbia is a serial Tech entrepreneur based in Paris. She founded in 2011, Carnet de Mode as the 1st international Marketplace for more than 2500 exclusive brands and emerging designers, and sold it to a French industrial group end of 2017.
Whilst preparing to launch her next tech startup, she mentors and coaches many tech startups in France (AI, Blockchain, E-commerce, Mobility, AR, BTP,…). Arbia is a passionate entrepreneur with an excellent experience in Tech, ecommerce, Marketplaces, Startups, Digital marketing, Growth Hacking, Business Strategy and International expansion, etc.
Actively engaged in the startup community, Arbia is a delegate at G20 Entrepreneur Summit (from 2013 to 2018 in Moscow, Sydney, Istanbul, Beijing, Berlin and Buenos Aires) and an active member of France Digitale, Croissance Plus, The Galion Project, Citizen Entrepreneurs, etc. She is also a French Tech Ambassador and co-president of the selection Jury of French Rech Ticket 2016 and 2017.
She is also a regular speaker on Entrepreneurship, Retail, E-commerce, Marketplaces and sharing Economy.
Arbia was ranked “10 Best Women Entrepreneur in Tech” by Rude Baguette and Maddyness; “30 under 30” by Forbes and “10 tech influencers in Europe,” by WIRED.
