Elodie is the Dealflow Manager at Expon Capital, also acting as Assistant to the Partners.
She holds a certificate in Tourism, PR and Communications and started her career as an interpreter guide on the boats on the Seine river in Paris. After three years, she joined a well-known international recruitment firm as receptionist where she ended up assisting several consultants.
In 2000, Elodie joined Sofinnova Partners, recruited to be in charge of the welcome desk and general services. After two years, the Founding Managing Partner of the VC firm asked her to also be his personal assistant. In 2003, while remaining his P.A. she moved from the reception to the dealflow management for the funds and collaborated more closely with Alain Rodermann, Partner in the technology team at that time. For the next ten years there, she centralized, registered, answered, archived and submitted weekly every project received to the investments teams, being their interface with the entrepreneurs, while still remaining the assistant of two of the Managing Partners (the Founder, and the CFO).
In 2013, Elodie decided to leave Sofinnova with the wish to return to her studies. In 2015, she started her own business, a production company with all due authorizations to produce live musical concerts. Twenty months and a few classical concerts later, in October 2017, Alain Rodermann reached out to offer her to join Expon Capital in Luxembourg.
Elodie speaks French, English, and basic Spanish.
