In 2014, Benjamin co-founded Petit BamBou, a leading mindfulness meditation application that has grown to over 11 million users across 190 countries. Under his leadership, the app expanded into six languages, including French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch, making mindfulness practices accessible globally.

Before Petit BamBou, Benjamin held significant roles in the financial sector, notably as Head of Strategy for Europe at PayPal. He is also a founding member of the MentalTech collective, which aims to advance digital solutions for mental health.

He holds a Master of Science degree from École Polytechnique and Télécom Paris.
