Marie is an entrepreneur, expert in Environmental Social Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Marie was trained as a lawyer in international law, with a Masters degree in science and environmental management. She worked for European Institutions, in Canada, Peru, Maghreb and South Africa, mainly on the environmental management of industrial projects. Then she worked for the Alter agency as a project manager in sustainable development. She organised the first European conference regarding the role of public authorities in CSR (Corporate Social Responsabilities). She founded CAP conseil in 2003. Her daily work consists of research to define sustainable development strategies and their indicators, put into practice a dialogue with stakeholders, analyse the issues that a sustainable management implies for different types of businesses.
She pays close attention to standards, labels and practical development concerning the implementation of sustainability at work and gives conferences and training on these topics.
